With a new baby and two very energetic dogs, we decided it was time to make the move to be closer to my family and have a little land for the pups to run! I have always loved to visit model homes, especially in this one specific neighborhood, so it made our decision pretty easy on where to build. While I fell in LOVE with the model home (as most people do), my hubby is more of a realist who doesn't want to build a huge house just to have a lot of wasted space. *sigh* While I know he has a very good point, we compromised by having a more modest house with lots of upgrades. :)
We went with the Venice model home with these upgrades:
Elevation C with partial Bucks County stone Stone Mountain Clay siding & Spice Variety door
Bronze fixtures
Kitchen- Gourmet island with Giallo Napolean granite, Tahoe Cherry Bordeaux cabinets, Stainless Steel Appliances, Ceramic Tile Floors, Recessed Lighting, & Lighting Rough-Ins over the Island for Pendants
Morning Room with ceramic tile, extra windows, and French doors
Family Room with stone fireplace with lighting rough-in
Living Room with lighting rough-in
Master Bath with double sink, soaking tub and shower/shower seat with uba tuba granite, butterscotch maple cabinets, and upgraded tile
Second bath with Espresso cabinets and white tiling
Unfinished walk-out basement with wet bar and bathroom rough-ins
Of course there are more things that I am not remembering, but those are the basics.
